Executive Chef Steve Puleo and CEO Gale Huneycutt along with Director of Operations Kelly Ledbetter and business partner Kreis Weigel have created a multi-faceted restaurant that appeals to the different tastes of the southern palate.
Puleo's Grille Blends the traditional "steak and seafood" restaurant with "southern
comfort and traditional Italian offerings".

Roasted Turkey Breast, Country Fried Chicken, Roasted Pork Loin, Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders and the "Charleston Favorite: Shrimp and Grits.

Filet Oscar, New York Strip, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Baby Back Ribs, Maple Glazed Pork Chop, Citrus Chicken, Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Ahi Tuna, Jumbo Shrimp, Georges Bank Schrod and Maryland Crab Cakes.
Puleo's Grille has been awarded Best New Restaurant honors for both of its Knoxville locations. and has also won awards for Best Chef and Best Restaurant in Knoxville in both the Metro Pulse and News Sentinel polls. Executive Chef Steve Puleo attributes the restaurants success to his fresh made from scratch original recipes as well as the menu's wide range of offerings.
